Our guests come for the Redwood Forest, bush walks, river walks and swimming and to visit the snow in winter. Warburton is a very old town, with history and surrounded by mountains.

Our property is also very lush and green, large gardens with ferns and fairy gardens for children to explore.

Although the 2023 snow season was a very short one, we certainly had lots of fun at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. They have recently introduced snow boarding lessons for children which makes the perfect introduction to it. They offer the highly regarded Burton Riglet and Burton LTR children’s snowboarding lessons, giving your kids all the support they need when they are first starting out. Our story at’ Gingers on the Hill’ has always been one which revolves around its beautiful surrounding nature, and finding a little bit of magic in it.
